Well, first off, I'm not too impressed by your QB situation. I would normally start Acker over Smith (I love his elite scramble AND release ratings, versus Smith's elite release rating), but given how he's performed, nope. You will need to find a QB of the future. Will Smith's accuracy potential is going to keep decreasing, and his look off defense will never be great, meaning that he won't concepts by defenders and make adjustments well. Your backfield is AWFUL. Fouts is a 3rd string, with his speed rating. You really need someone with better speed at RB. Your receiving group is phenomenal. If I were you, I'd switch one of your receivers to running back to get more production.
Quayle needs to be on your depth chart as a WR. You could move Schulz to running back and get decent production out of him until you draft a true RB. Definitely moving Schulz on your depth chart at RB would help tremendously. Quayle could take Schulz' spot at WR and be better. He could be one of the top 3 WRs in the league when he's fully developed.
Take a look at your game planning. Come up with a plan that works for you. If I were you, I'd run a lot of 10 and 11 personnel. Your roster looks pretty conducive to those sets, especially if Schulz becomes your RB. 00 personnel would work as well, assuming that you use the overrides section to switch Schulz with your 5th string WR in that package.
Make sure to monitor plays and replace them depending on the averages from the plays. Good offensive plays will have higher averages, bad ones will have lower. Good defensive plays will have lower averages, bad ones will have higher.
This should be a good start for you.
