I have a question

Is there a way to look at past drafts and is there a way to see upcoming drafts?
And does the season continue into the next and so on or do we have a supplemental draft each new season?

There is a draft history option in the players/coaches tab that shows draft history. It will also show the next years draft class when it becomes available later in the season.

No, supplemental draft is just for the 1st draft of the league. It will be a standard NFL style draft from now on.

and yes you can trade draft picks which i think is one of the coolest parts of this game.

attendance basically effects your ability to sign coaches....can only do that in the off season though

Yep, better attendance makes coaches and players more likely to sign if you are offering them the same money as somebody else. The Draft history is typically embarrassing in the first season (at least in my experience). For example, I took a major reach (and I knew it) to take one of the best young kicking prospects in the league. This worked out for me in league 73 with my stud Kicker and Punter (who has nailed four punts on the 1 yard line this season), but my kicker in this league busted and I ended up trading some good picks for a new kicker, whom I will redshirt this year behind my more experienced (if awful) starting kicker.

A lot of early picks end up not working out for people, as well. Two of my top linemen are playing or different squads now because they didn't meet expectations.

I was the recipient of the draft picks. Although I believe it is important to have as many picks as possible in the early years of a league, I think I may have traded away one of the best kickers in the league (in 3+ years). I did find a young free agent kicker that I immediately signed. He is a default 68/84 and holding steady. I am hoping to see him a couple points higher in the next year or two. That would also make the trade easier on me since my current veteran kicker has trouble making extra points!
