Denver vs. Kansas City

Great game, Jason646! Very nice last drive. This may have been the best, ugly game I've seen. Not much for offense, terrible turnovers (by KC), but, great defense on both sides, and a great finish!

The league should note, the AC West may be a tough out come playoff time.

And I expect San Diego to start challenging next year. Thewizzard is a decent owner, (he's a good friend of mine) but he is still trying to figure out the type of offense that he wants to run. They seem to have a pretty complete roster, really just a huge need at RB to get their ground game going. They have a FB starting at RB, so that's a huge need.

I was super impressed by Kansas City week 1. The Chiefs seem to be a hot/cold team, either booming on offense or booming on defense. This was a great game, though. One of the only games I would rate higher would be my 2018 wildcard game (Los Angeles versus Seattle) in League 73. It literally went down to the buzzer. Twice. It had even more going on, since my team (Los Angeles) was 1-1 versus Seattle that season, and then I secured a playoff berth in week 14, the first team in my division to do so. I went on to lose the last two games of the season, and Seattle won the last two, pushing his record above mine at 11-5, giving him the higher playoff seed and a come-from-behind division clinch. We proceeded to play each other in the Wild Card round, and boy, was it a great game!

The AFC West seems to be one of the better divisions in the league right now. ALMOST as good as the NFC East.

You are right, Authorccurrier. This Kansas City team looks like world beaters one minute and trash the next. I've noticed they are having trouble finishing games. Get a lead (to big lead) early, and cave at the end. A bit like Denver's last drive. I'm hoping it is their youth and finishing will come with experience.

Yeah, I'm pretty impressed with the team you've put together. Your offense is pretty impressive. A #1 WR or a legit TE that occasionally lines up on the outside would make it great. I think the stud that you currently have a #1 would be better as a high-end possession receiver/chain mover, kind of like Pierre Garcon in Washington or Demaryius Thomas in Denver (who is really a very high end possession receiver), or maybe Golden Tate in Detroit, and you need the DeSean Jackson/Emmanuel Sanders/Marvin Jones to complement him and open up your passing game. It could be a deep threat with good hands or even just a well-rounded receiver who is better in most ways, to create a situation like 2015's Brandon Marshall/Eric Decker did for the Jets. Before Brandon Marshall started fights and Eric Decker got hurt.

You might have a Jeremy Maclin, but look at what Tyreek Hill did for the real Kansas City's offense. Otherwise, I think your offense is really good, and any struggles can be attributed to youth. Look at my MFN-73 team. They went 2-14, 4-12, and then 10-6 because the players matured and I was able to (mostly) complete the roster.
